Duane Brinson

Mr. Brinson has worked for both large corporations as well as high-tech startups. Mr. Brinson's involvement in the electronics and computer industries began in 1984 in the fields of advanced product development and manufacturing support for Ford Aerospace (acquired by Loral, now part of Lockheed Martin) where, as a senior Research and Development Engineer, he developed embedded software for various manufacturing automation systems and weapons systems prototypes.

In 1995, Mr. Brinson left Loral to help launch Core Dynamics, a designer and manufacturer of multimedia hardware and software for the PC platform. As Director of Operations, Mr. Brinson was instrumental in transitioning the products from design into production and was responsible for the manufacturing and procurement operations of the company before assuming responsibility for all operations as General Manager. In 1998, Mr. Brinson helped form Digital Media Works (now part of DigiLava, DGLV) and was instrumental in the acquisition of Core Dynamics by Digital Media Works. At Digital Media Works, Mr. Brinson served as Vice President of Operations and General Manager, responsible for the design and deployment of the IT infrastructure as well as oversight of the product development operations.

Mr. Brinson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine in 1986.
